At Clickheights, we strive to provide the highest quality web design services to our clients. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our work. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Initial Deposit Refund:

If the project is canceled by the client before any work has commenced, the client is eligible for a full refund of the initial deposit. If the project is canceled after work has commenced but within the first 7 days, a partial refund (50%) of the initial deposit may be issued, minus any hours worked and expenses incurred.

Mid-Project Cancellation:

If the client cancels the project after significant progress has been made but before completion, the client is eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. The refund amount will be determined by assessing the completed milestones and the remaining balance of the project fee.

Final Deliverables:

Once the final deliverables have been approved and provided to the client, no refunds will be issued. If the client is not satisfied with the final deliverables, we will work with the client to make reasonable revisions. However, refunds will not be issued at this stage.

Service Dissatisfaction:

If the client is dissatisfied with the quality of work at any stage, they must provide detailed feedback, and we will attempt to rectify the issues. Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to resolve the issues within a reasonable time frame.

Project Scope and Changes:

Any changes in the project scope requested by the client may incur additional charges. If the client cancels the project due to dissatisfaction with changes or additional charges, standard refund eligibility conditions apply.
